Video Mapping

To mark the launch of The Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, on 2 May we created a unique visual experience with tree mapping in Milan's Parco Sempione. The film's protagonists - Noa, Proximus, Mae and Raka - were projected onto the foliage of the trees surrounding the Castello Sforzesco and the Arco della Pace, transforming the park into a real setting for the film.

This show, realised as a tribute to the film, used state-of-the-art video projection technology, with a total power of 200,000 ansi lumens. The images from the film, projected onto the tree canopies, brought the atmosphere of the Planet of the Apes Kingdom to the heart of Milan, offering an immersive experience that combined digital art and innovative technology.
