During the Italian promotion of the film A Complete Unknown, several initiatives were organized in Rome to celebrate the release of the biopic on Bob Dylan. On January 17, 2025, the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone hosted the film’s premiere, attended by the cast, including Timothée Chalamet, Edward Norton, Monica Barbaro, and director James Mangold. For the occasion, graphics inspired by the film and the official logo were projected both inside the auditorium and onto the external stands, creating an immersive atmosphere for the audience.

One of the most striking events took place on the Spanish Steps in Piazza di Spagna. Through video mapping techniques and light projections, the lyrics of Dylan’s iconic song Like a Rolling Stone were displayed across the steps of the staircase.

This setting served as the backdrop for Timothée Chalamet’s descent down the illuminated stairs, creating a visually impactful moment. He was later joined by the cast and director for a presentation in front of the gathered audience and media.

Drone footage captured the entire scene, highlighting the spectacular Roman setting and offering unique perspectives of the event.

These initiatives showcased the power of creative and immersive promotion, blending artistic and cultural elements to celebrate the release of A Complete Unknown in Italy.
